Waiting Room Kindness

I was sitting in a waiting room the other day and this woman, who is probably just a few years older than me, gets up, puts a folded piece of paper on the chair next to me, and walks out. I was kind of confused at this, but when I picked up the note it kind of made my whole day. It's small acts of kindness like this that can make big changes in the world and I for one want to do more things like this.
